Consumption of kombucha

In 1995 the first bottle of kombucha was sold in a shop. Of course, this took place in the US.
Then there was only one company in the market, but since then the glory of the beverage is growing and every year the brewers spring up like mushrooms and the money turnover jumps to two-digit percentages.
Kombucha is now selling in organic and healthy food stores.
For the short time since the drink can now be purchased even from vending machines, at train stations and metro stations.
The beverage is available in different volume packaging (0.200 – 2.400 l), PET, glass, canes, even kegs.
